Turn your X feed into a daily digest of process lessons, with no tickers
From accounts you choose, an agent collects posts about trading process, such as risk management, journaling and tooling, drops anything that mentions specific securities, and sends you a short digest with links.
How it works
- Make a short list of accounts whose process thinking you respect.
- The agent reads their recent public posts with Grok's native X access, or with the official X API if you use that instead. Stay inside any read limits. Do not scrape.
- It drops any post that names or tags a specific security, or that is a performance brag.
- It groups what remains by theme (risk, journaling, tooling, psychology) and links each post.
- You run it at the end of the day and read a short digest with links.
Copy-paste prompt
Build my process digest from today's public posts by the accounts in {{account_list}}. Use Grok's native X access, or the official X API if you call it yourself (stay within {{daily_read_budget}} reads). Do not scrape.
1. Drop any post that mentions a specific security, a cashtag, a price level or a performance claim.
2. Keep posts about process: risk, sizing, journaling, review, tooling, psychology.
3. Group by theme, summarise each in one line in your own words, and link the original post.
4. Maximum 10 items.Guardrails
- Grok native X access or official X API only; no scraping and no unofficial X scrapers.
- Any post naming a security is excluded.
- Summaries in your own words with a link to the original.
What can go wrong
A text filter misses chart screenshots and indirect references ("the name from Tuesday"), so ticker talk still leaks in. The opposite also happens: idea-heavy accounts produce an empty digest most days once security mentions and profit-and-loss screenshots are removed, which feels like the job is broken until the account list is mostly process writers. The model will also fabricate posts if you let it "read the API" itself instead of summarizing the posts passed to it.
Why it helps
You keep the learning value of following good traders without being pulled toward their positions.
Note
The ESMA and Investor.gov references explain why posts about specific securities carry rules and risks; this workflow avoids them by design.
