Build a weekly macro calendar in your time zone
Each Sunday you paste that week's public economic calendar and any company-report dates for names you follow, and the agent returns a short filtered list in your time zone for you to add to your own calendar yourself.
How it works
- You open a public weekly economic calendar already set to {{my_time_zone}} (TradingView's economic calendar is one), and paste that week's listings. Use an official central-bank or statistics-agency page only to check a single release, not as the full weekly paste.
- You also paste that week's company-report or earnings calendar for the names in {{private_list}}, because an economic calendar does not list them.
- The agent keeps only inflation, jobs, central-bank decisions and minutes, and scheduled company reports for names in {{private_list}} that appear in the paste.
- It does not convert times; it copies the time from the paste and flags a row only when the paste's time zone is unclear, including when a daylight-saving transition makes the zone ambiguous.
- It returns a reviewable list (date, time as pasted, event, the source's own impact label only if that label is in the paste, and the link from the paste) and flags any day with two or more kept events. It does not invent an impact rating or a link.
- You copy the rows you accept into your own calendar after a dry-run of dates, times and time zones.
Copy-paste prompt
Build my macro calendar for the week of {{week_start}} using only the rows in {{calendar_paste}} and {{earnings_paste}}.
1. Use only rows in those pastes. Do not add events from memory. Drop any event or time not in the paste and tell me what you dropped.
2. Keep: inflation data, jobs data, central-bank decisions and minutes, and scheduled company reports for names in {{private_list}} that appear in the pastes.
3. Do not convert time zones; the times are already in {{my_time_zone}}. Flag a daylight-saving week only if the paste's zone is unclear.
4. No forecasts.
5. Flag any day that has two or more of these kept events.
6. Output a dated, paste-ready list (title, {{my_time_zone}} time, source link). Include the source URL exactly as it appears in the paste. If a row has no URL, mark it missing and do not look one up or invent one. Copy a source impact label only if the paste already has one. Do not write to any calendar yourself; I will verify every entry myself before importing. Never label any day as high-impact beyond the source's own label, and never suggest any trading action.Guardrails
- Every row includes the source link from the paste, or is flagged if the paste had no link. Do not invent official URLs.
- Times are copied from the paste in your time zone. Flag daylight-saving only when the paste's zone is unclear.
- No forecasts, added impact ratings, or trading suggestions of any kind.
- The agent only shows a dry-run list. It does not write to your calendar. You verify every date, time, zone and link, then copy accepted rows yourself.
What can go wrong
When the model is not reading a calendar you supplied, it will invent or shift a release time, or a report date for a name on the list. Always paste the real listings and drop any row that is not in the paste. Set your calendar tool to your own time zone before you paste, because daylight-saving changes in Europe and the US happen on different dates and the usual gap shifts by an hour for a week or two.
Why it helps
Knowing which days carry scheduled event risk helps you size and time your own decisions according to your plan.
